Vênsette Etiquette

• To expedite your appointment, we ask that all clients be ready with clean face and hair when the artist arrives.
• Per request, artists will use your personal skincare and makeup products. Otherwise artist use the most cutting edge products in the business from our proud product sponsors most notably Estée Lauder, Lancôme & Tata Harper.
• We do our best to accommodate client requests for individual artists. We implement rigorous screening and training, and guarantee excellence and consistency from every artist.
• We do not permit our artists to solicit Vênsette clients independently. It is company policy to terminate membership for clients who attempt to secure the services of our artists outside Vênsette.
• Upon request, group service for debutante balls, weddings and other special events is offered.
• Tip is not included and is at the discretion of the client.
